419C.346 Juvenile court’s retention of authority over parent. If the juvenile court waives a youth to another court under ORS 419C.349 (1)(b) or 419C.370 for disposition as an adult, the juvenile court nevertheless may retain jurisdiction over the youth’s parents or guardians under ORS 419C.570.
