      446.090 Application of ORS 446.095 to 446.105. ORS 446.095 (3), 446.100 (1)(c) and 446.105 do not apply to a mobile home park that was constructed before August 5, 1959. However, any changes or additions made in any mobile home or manufactured dwelling park after August 5, 1959, shall conform to ORS 446.095 to 446.105 and the rules issued thereunder.
