      446.252 Installation permit required. A person may not install a manufactured dwelling or an accessory building or structure without first obtaining from the Department of Consumer and Business Services or a municipality as provided under ORS 446.250 all permits necessary for installing the manufactured dwelling or the accessory building or structure on a lot.
