      466.170 Revocation of permit; judicial review. The Environmental Quality Commission may revoke any permit issued under ORS 466.005 to 466.385 and 466.992 after public hearing upon a finding that the permittee has violated any provision of ORS 466.005 to 466.385 and 466.992 or rules adopted pursuant thereto or any material condition of the permit, subject to review under ORS chapter 183.
