468.195 Issuance of bonds authorized; principal amount. In order to provide funds for the purposes specified in Article XI-H of the Oregon Constitution, the Department of Environmental Quality may request the State Treasurer to issue bonds in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 286A. The principal amount of the bonds outstanding at any one time, issued under authority of this section, shall not exceed $260 million par value.
