      469.530 Review and approval of security programs. The Energy Facility Siting Council and the Director of the State Department of Energy shall review and approve all security programs attendant to a nuclear-fueled thermal power plant, a nuclear installation and the transportation of radioactive material derived from or destined for a nuclear-fueled thermal power plant or a nuclear installation.
