      475C.029 Authority to limit quantity of marijuana items transferred to individual. The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may limit the quantity of marijuana items transferred to a consumer or other individual if the commission determines that the limitation is necessary to prevent the resale of marijuana items.
