      475C.241 Prohibition against certain licensees possessing mature marijuana plants. (1) Except for a marijuana producer that holds a license issued under ORS 475C.065 or licensee representative of a marijuana producer that holds a license issued under ORS 475C.065, a licensee or licensee representative may not possess a mature marijuana plant.

      (2) A licensee or licensee representative may not sell a mature marijuana plant. [Formerly 475B.241]
