      475C.461 Duty of Oregon Health Authority to assist. The Oregon Health Authority shall assist and cooperate with the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission and the State Department of Agriculture to the extent necessary for the commission and the department to carry out the duties of the commission and the department under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525.
