      475C.465 Duty of State Department of Agriculture to assist. The State Department of Agriculture shall assist and cooperate with the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission and the Oregon Health Authority to the extent necessary for the commission and the authority to carry out the duties of the commission and the authority under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525.
