      475C.798 Personal agreements. Notwithstanding ORS 475C.792 (7), a person responsible for a marijuana grow site may enter into an agreement with a registry identification cardholder under which the registry identification cardholder assigns, to the person responsible for the marijuana grow site, a portion of the right to possess the seeds, immature marijuana plants and usable marijuana that are the property of the registry identification cardholder.
