      480.275 Hearings on denial, suspension or revocation of certificate. An applicant who has been denied a certificate of possession or a certificate of registration or a person whose certificate of possession or certificate of registration has been suspended or revoked is entitled to a hearing before the issuing authority under ORS chapter 183.
