      506.306 Collecting moneys under commercial fishing laws; deposit into Commercial Fisheries Fund. The State Fish and Wildlife Commission shall collect all moneys to be paid to this state for the protection, preservation, propagation and development of the commercial fishing industry and arising under the commercial fishing laws and deposit such moneys in the Commercial Fisheries Fund.
