      63.631 Articles of dissolution. At any time following dissolution of the limited liability company, the limited liability company may deliver to the office of the Secretary of State articles of dissolution setting forth:

      (1) The name of the limited liability company; and

      (2) The date the dissolution occurred. [1993 c.173 §60; 1995 c.93 §20]
