Expenses of examination of insurer

      731.316 Expenses of examination of insurer. Any person examined under ORS 731.300 shall pay to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services the just and legitimate costs of the examination as determined by the director, including actual necessary transportation and traveling expenses.
