      732.596 Request by insurance holding company system for determination or acknowledgement of group-wide supervisor. An insurance holding company system that is not an internationally active insurance group may request that the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services determine or acknowledge a group-wide supervisor for the insurance holding company system in accordance with ORS 732.594.
