      734.690 Immunity from legal action. No person shall have a cause of action against any member insurer, the Oregon Insurance Guaranty Association or its employees or servicing facilities, any member of the board, or the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services or employees of the director for any action taken by them in carrying out ORS 734.510 to 734.710.
