803.615 Temporary permit for registration applicant. The Department of Transportation may issue a temporary permit in a form determined by the department to an applicant for registration to permit the applicant to operate the vehicle while the department is determining all facts relative to the right of the applicant to receive title, regular registration plates and regular registration.
