      820.020 Vehicles other than worker transport vehicles that are subject to safety regulation. Vehicles used in transportation of persons for hire by a nonprofit entity are subject to safety regulation under ORS 820.030 to 820.070 in addition to worker transport vehicles subjected to such regulation under ORS 820.010.
