Reinstatement fee after suspension of authority

      825.141 Reinstatement fee after suspension of authority. In addition to any other requirements of this chapter, a carrier whose operating authority has been suspended shall pay a reinstatement fee of $25 to the Department of Transportation before the operating authority may be reinstated, plus $5 for each vehicle issued a weight identifier under ORS 825.450, and shall demonstrate operational activity at the time of reinstatement.
