      830.565 Permit required. A person may not operate a sailboat that is at least 12 feet in length or a motorboat on the waters of this state without first obtaining an aquatic invasive species prevention permit from the State Marine Board under ORS 830.570. [2009 c.764 §7; 2019 c.507 §12]
