   Rule 9017 adopted February 24, 1993, effective July 1, 1993; renumbered Rule 722 and Comment revised March 1, 2000, effective April 1, 2001; rescinded September 22, 2010, effective in 90 days, and replaced by new Rules 490(c) and 790(c).
