Payment for telecommunications equipment and services; definitions
As used in sections 6621 to 6623 of this title, the term—(1) “Sergeant at Arms” means the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the United States Senate; and(2) “user” means any Senator, Officer of the Senate, Committee, office, or entity provided telephone equipment and services by the Sergeant at Arms.(Pub.
