For purposes of this chapter, “Federal land management agency” includes—(1) the Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture;(2) the Bureau of Land Management of the Department of the Interior;(3) the National Park Service of the Department of the Interior;(4) the Fish and Wildlife Service of the Department of the Interior;(5) the Bureau of Reclamation of the Department of the Interior; and(6) the Army Corps of Engineers.(Pub.
