Lifeboatmen

To qualify for an endorsement as lifeboatman, an applicant must provide satisfactory proof that the applicant—(1) has the service or training required by regulation;(2) is qualified professionally as demonstrated by examination; and(3) is qualified professionally by actual demonstration.(Pub.
