(a) Title 33, United States Code, section 624(a), is amended by striking out the words ‘outside the continental limits of the United States, or a Territory, Commonwealth, or possession of the United States’ and inserting in lieu thereof ‘outside any State’.“(b) The first sentence of title 38, United States Code, section 903(b) [now 2303(b)], is amended to read as follows: ‘In addition to the foregoing, when such a death occurs in the continental United States or Hawaii, the Administrator shall transport the body to the place of burial in the continental United States or Hawaii.’“(c) Title 38, United States Code, section 2007(c) [now 4107(c)], is amended by striking out the word ‘Hawaii,’.
