[Federal Property and Administrative Services Act; amendment.]

The Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended, is further amended by—“(a) striking out the words ‘continental United States (including Alaska), Hawaii,’ in section 3(f) and inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘States of the Union, the District of Columbia,’;“(b) striking out the words ‘continental United States, its Territories, and possessions’ in section 211(j) and inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘States of the Union, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the possessions of the United States’;“(c) striking out the words ‘continental limits of the United States’ in section 404(c) and inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘States of the Union and the District of Columbia’; and“(d) striking out the words ‘and the Territory of Hawaii’ in section 702(a).
