Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation to carry out section 1165 of this title—(1) $38,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;(2) $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;(3) $55,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; and(4) $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.(Pub.
