Rule 1.06. Joint Appeals. If two or more parties are entitled to appeal from a judgment or order, and their interests are such as to make joinder practicable, they may file a joint notice of appeal, or may join in appeal after filing separate notices of appeal. Appellants filing jointly shall file only one combined brief and, if applicable, one combined reply brief.
