Rule 20. Hearings of Supreme Court Causes Before a District Court

Rule 20. Hearings of Supreme Court Causes Before a District Court. Whenever a cause over which the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction is pending, the court may direct any district judge of the state to conduct a hearing at any county seat in the state. The judge conducting hearing shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law and shall forward the entire proceedings and record properly certified, to the Supreme Court for final determination of the cause.
