Rule 9.07. Answering Certified Questions. The written opinion of the reviewing court, stating the law governing each question certified, shall be sent by the clerk of the reviewing court under the court’s seal to the certifying court or agency and to the parties. No mandate shall issue after publication of answers to certified questions.
