Wyo. R. Crim. P. 29.1 (2026)

Rule 29.1. Closing Argument. After the evidence has been presented and the judge has instructed the jury on the law closing argument shall be permitted. The prosecution shall open the argument. The defense shall be permitted to reply. The prosecution shall then be permitted to reply in rebuttal.
