Provisions of Rules of Civil Procedure

Except as otherwise provided in the Probate Code, the provisions
of the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure are applicable to and
constitute the rules of practice for all proceedings, new trials
or appeals. In all proceedings the party affirming is contestant
and the one denying or avoiding is contestee.
