Rule 25. Procedure after verdict or finding of not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.

Rule 25.7. Modification of orders and periodic reports.

(a) MODIFICATION OF ORDERS. For good cause, the court may modify any order entered under Rule 25.6 at any time.

(b) PERIODIC REPORTS. The court may order the commissioner to submit periodic reports on the status of any defendant committed pursuant to Rule 25.6. Such reports shall be submitted to the court, the district attorney, and the defendant, the defendant’s guardian, or the defendant’s attorney.
