Rule 25. Procedure after verdict or finding of not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.

Rule 25.9. Right to counsel.

During proceedings under Rule 25, the defendant shall be entitled to the right of counsel provided under Rule 6.

Committee Comments

Ala.Code 1975, § 15-16-65, provides that the defendant be entitled to right of counsel during proceedings under the statute.
