ALABAMA RULES OF JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION

Rule 37.

Court security.

The Supreme Court may authorize the marshal of the appellate courts to formulate a security program for the appellate courts, and may authorize the Administrative Director of Courts to formulate a security program for other courts in the Unified Judicial System, for the protection of justices, judges and court personnel, and the buildings and other property owned or leased by the State of Alabama for use by the justices, judges, and court personnel.
