Our review of similar cases leads us to the conclusion that State v. Windsor, 110 Idaho 410 , 716 P.2d 1182 (1985), cert. denied, 479 U.S. 964 , 107 S.Ct. 463 , 93 L.Ed.2d 408 *825 (1986), and State v. Scroggins, 110 Idaho 380 , 716 P.2d 1152 (1985), cert. denied, 479 U.S. 989 , 107 S.Ct. 582 , 93 L.Ed.2d 585 (1986), wherein we reversed the district court's imposition of the death penalty as being disproportionate, are most similar to the present case.
