2020Finally, with regard to the one satisfaction rule, this Court explained that “[t]he rationale underlying the rule is clear—the remedy provided to an injured person is to receive only one full compensation for the wrong done to him.” Brandt v. Eagle, 602 A.2d 1364, 1367 (Pa. Super. 1992) (citation omitted).
