10 C.F.R. § 1.33

The Office of Enforcement—

(a) Develops policies and programs for enforcement of NRC requirements;

(b) Manages major enforcement action;

(c) Assesses the effectiveness and uniformity of Regional enforcement actions; and

(d) Manages the NRC allegation program.
