How long will I have to wait for work on my house?
How long it takes to do work on your house depends on:
(a) Your position on the priority list;
(b) Whether funds are available;
(c) The type of work to be done;
(d) The climate and seasonal conditions where your house is located;
(e) The availability of a contractor; and
(f) Other unforeseen factors, such as infrastructure availability.
