Conn. Practice Book § 35a-15 (2026)

Sec. 35a-15. Reunification Efforts—Aggravating Factors Whenever any party seeks a finding of the existence of an aggravating factor negating the requirement that reasonable efforts be made to reunify a child or youth with a parent, the movant shall file a motion requesting such finding and the judicial authority shall proceed in accordance with General Statutes § 17a-111b (b).
