Sec. 35a-15. Reunification Efforts—Aggra- vating Factors Whenever any party seeks a finding of the existence of an aggravating factor negating the requirement that reasonable efforts be made to reunify a child or youth with a parent, the movant shall file a motion requesting such finding and the judicial authority shall proceed in accordance with General Statutes § 17a-111b (b). (Adopted June 24, 2002, to take effect Jan. 1, 2003; amended June 30, 2008, to take effect Jan. 1, 2009.)
