Penalties for Violations of Other Florida Insurance Code Provisions

Unless otherwise specified in this rule chapter or in the code provision violated, the stated penalty for violations of other provisions of the Florida Insurance Code or Department rules shall be a suspension for 6 months if the violation was willful, or shall be a suspension for 3 months if the violation was non-willful.
