(1) It is unlawful to solicit, practice, perform, or advertise in pest control except as provided by this chapter.
(2) A person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. (3) Any person who violates any rule of the department relative to pest control is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
