Florida Statute 944.48 - Full Text and Legal Analysis

944.48 Service of sentence.—Whenever any prisoner is convicted under the provisions of ss. 944.44-944.47, the punishment of imprisonment imposed shall be served consecutively to any former sentence imposed upon any prisoner convicted hereunder.
