F.S. 947.1747947.1747 Community control as a special condition of parole.—Upon the establishment of an effective parole release date as provided for in ss. 947.1745 and 947.1746, the commission may, as a special condition of parole, require an inmate to be placed in the community control program of the Department of Corrections as described in s. 948.10 for a period not exceeding 6 months.
