O.C.G.A. § 10-1-935 (2019)
Violations and enforcement
(a) A violation of this article shall be considered an unfair or deceptive act or practice which is unlawful and which shall be punishable under Part 2 of Article 15 of this chapter, the “Fair Business Practices Act of 1975.”
(b) A public or private right or remedy prescribed by Part 2 of Article 15 of this chapter, the “Fair Business Practices Act of 1975,” may be used to enforce this article.
