(a) A final order issued by the Commissioner under this chapter is subject to judicial review in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the “Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.” (b) A rule adopted under this chapter is subject to judicial review in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the “Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.”
