TITLE 10 COMMERCE AND TRADE

Section 6. Agency, 10-6-1 through 10-6-142.

ARTICLE 1 CREATION AND NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

10-6-7. Application.

This chapter shall not apply to powers of attorney to which Chapter 6B of this title is applicable.
