ARTICLE XI PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

12-11-9. Grants, donations, bequests; insignia.

  1. The corps may receive grants, donations, bequests, and any other forms of funds or assistance from any sources, public or private.
  2. The corps may employ an insignia or logo of appropriate design identifying specifically the Georgia Youth Conservation Corps. Control of the use of such insignia shall be governed by the commissioner.
