Call Now: 904-383-7448The Governor is authorized to convey to the authority on behalf of the state any real or personal property or interest therein owned by the state in furtherance of this part. The consideration for such conveyance shall be determined by the Governor and expressed in the conveyance, provided that such consideration shall be nominal, the benefits going to the state and its citizens constituting full and adequate consideration.

This part shall be known and may be cited as the "Sapelo Island Heritage Authority Act."
